Smoked Garlic Puree for Lamb by Plate Shop's Kim Alter

This fall, former executive sous chef at Aqua — Kim Alter — is opening Plate Shop in Sausalito. I recently tasted Kim's lamb cookoff entry at the American Lamb Jam San Francisco. Here are a few photos from the event and the ingredients of her delicious sauce!


    Sauce ingredients:
  • Smoked garlic
  • Cream
  • Rosemary
  • Parsley
  • Mint
  • Cayenne
  • Paprika
  • Smoked Paprika
