Jacques Pépin Celebrates IACP Awards with KQED President John Boland

Tonight, Jacques Pépin hosted a special discussion and demo for KQED's Signal Society,
where KQED President John Boland toasted Pépin's IACP wins.
This month, “Essential Pépin” won the first ever International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) Award for Best TV Series in the New Media and Broadcast Category! Jacques Pépin also won the IACP Culinary Classic Book Award for La Technique: An Illustrated Guide to the Fundamental Techniques of Cooking and was nominated for the General Cookbook Award for Essential Pepin: More Than 700 All-Time Favorites from My Life in Food.
